Goods In Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our busy Goods In department. You will be supervising a small team of staff and will ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Role:

• Provide accurate communication to the day shift team
• Ensure stock is counted correctly and is 100% accurate
• Able to work alongside the Despatch Supervisor, ensuring the whole Night Shift function is efficient
• Supervise staff to ensure effective team working, dealing with performance, counselling & disciplinary and absence management issues

Skills/experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years Goods In supervisory experience
• Must be self-motivated and be able to use own initiative
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines
• People management skills
• Able to deal with change at short notice
