All drivers must have a least 12 months tipper experience
Must not have over 6 points on license
Must be over 25 years old
Must be local to the area and have good local road knowledge.
The driver will be delivering dry aggregates and asphalt to different construction sites.
Have good communication skills as you will be calling the planners on a number of occasions to ensure that they are kept up to date on what delays and/or problems there are at the customer sites
This site tips to all local site around the Hitchin, Luton, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Northampton area (60 mile radius from the site).
All drivers are expected to be at work until their deliveries are complete, usually this is around 16:00 Hrs but can be later on occasions
The driver must always make sure that when he finishes his shift that the cab is clean, tidy and no rubbish is left behind, this also includes cleaning out the tipper body in preparation for the next days work. Regardless if you are on shift that day or not
The driver must report any defect to his manager and use the correct paperwork (follow the procedures they will be shown at assessment).
