PART TIME SAGE 50 ACCOUNTS PERSON REQUIRED

ACCOUNTS PERSON - BASED AT BLETCHLEY MILTON KEYNES

Sage 50 - Immediate Start!

Required immediately - An experienced AAT qualified (level 2 upwards) person for approximately 5 to 8 hours (1 day) per week. The role could offer an immediate start and a salary of circa £18000 - £20000 pro rata.

Our company operates a bespoke in-house data system that automatically sends much of our financial data to Sage Payroll and Sage 50 Accounting. This has enabled us to streamline our Accounting procedures. However, there is still some manual work that is required to be done in order to complete our accounts each week.

We are seeking a candidate who has experience in using Sage 50. The main responsibilities will be inputting and processing Sales and Purchase Invoices, reconciling bank accounts and factoring services, producing daybooks and management accounts. The candidate is required to be able to communicate across all levels with key customers and have the flexibility and willingness to adapt is essential, as the company is continually expanding.

A varied role which requires a candidate who possesses excellent communication and Customer Service skills and has previously worked with Sage 50.
