Registering For Employment

If you would like to work for Logistics Solutions, you will be required to register with us.

What Documents Do I Need To Register
If you are attending our office to register for employment, please ensure you bring the appropriate documentation with you:

All candidates must supply the following documentation at registration:

  • Passport of another form of photographic ID.
  • NI Details.
  • Bank Details.
  • CV (if applicable)
  • Employment History

In addition, you will be required to bring supporting documents, some of which will depend on your relevant field:

  • Counterpart Driving License (if applicable).
  • Photocard Driving License (if applicable)
  • Digital Tacho Card (if applicable)
  • Certificates or Licences (if applicable)

The Registration Process
  • When registering we will ask you a series of questions to ensure your suitability for employment. 
  • There are no lengthy forms to complete, you will be registered by a specialist consultant relevant to your area of expertise. 
  • We will ask you to complete a health declaration, and a standard test.   
  • If you are a driver, we will need to perform a DVLA license check.
  • All your documentation will be copied for our records and are subject to the Data Protection Act.


After Registration

  • Once you have registered, we will carry out reference checks on your previous employment to ascertain your suitability. 
  • Only when we have recieved successful references will your details will be added to our database and your skills matched to employers with existing vacancies. 
  • You may be required to attend assessments for some companies.
  • We aim to ensure you are working straight away, if we dont have a suitable vacancy for you, or you are looking for a position which we dont have, we actively source a vacancy for you.
